Data Collection

Behavioural (PsychToolbox, Cogent), EEG (BIOSEMI, Brain Products, BIOPAC), MEG (Elekta Neuromag), & MRI (Siemens 3T & 7T) testing in healthy participants.

Data analysis

  • Published analyses include univariate and multivariate M/EEG, dynamic causal modelling of fMRI and MEG, probabilistic tractography, behavioural decision modelling

  • ­Fluent in MATLAB, experienced in R, Python, and Linux bash/shell

  • ­Toolbox experience includes SPM, FSL, Fieldtrip, EEGLAB, & MRTrix

  • Proficient in statistical analysis theory and practice (SPSS, R, JASP)
